TaeKwonDo is the Korean martial art that improves physical fitness, manners, coordination, self confidence, respect, etc.  Montevideo’s TaeKwonDo is World TaeKwonDo Federation certified and all Black Belt ranks are recognized worldwide. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays September 1 - December 22

Returning Students start: September 1

New Students start: September 15

Demonstration night: September 15 

Beginners (K+): 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Intermediate: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Adults and Black Belts: 7:30 - 8:30 PM
